Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate to provide
technical support for their accounting, commissions, and reporting
platform.
Key Responsibilities
Provide responsive, high-quality support via phone, chat, and
email
Troubleshoot software and accounting-related inquiries with
accuracy and efficiency
Log all support interactions in the ticketing system
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of accounting principles required
1-2 years of experience in Customer Support is preferred
Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, or a similar
ticketing system preferred
