About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP MDG Developer / SAP MDG Architect to join a high-impact project with our Financial client . This is a remote position aligned with EST working hours and offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge SAP S4/HANA Master Data Governance (MDG) solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze functional requirements/user stories and translate them into actionable technical development tasks across Customer, Vendor, and Material domains.
Develop and implement SAP S4/HANA MDG solutions, including workflows, data migration, data validation rules, and unique ID generation for Customer and Material data.
Provide expert guidance on SAP MDG data architecture, including data models, validation logic, workflow management, and integration/migration strategies.
Evaluate SAP MDG out-of-the-box capabilities versus custom-build requirements for optimal solution design.
Document technical designs, fit-gap analyses, and integration strategies to ensure seamless project execution.

Must-Have Qualifications:
7-10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP MDG/S4 HANA development and architecture.
Strong experience with SAP MDG workflows, data migration, data validation rules, and master data governance processes.
Expertise in SAP MDG data models, data validation logic, workflow automation, and integration/migration best practices.
Ability to work independently in a remote, client-facing environment, managing deliverables within EST time zone requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP MDG integration to other SAP and non-SAP systems.
Knowledge of Fiori-based SAP MDG UI enhancements.
Previous experience working with KPMG or similar consulting environments.
