A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator to manage patient
information and medical records.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, prepare, and process patient information and medical
records
Ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and manage
pre-authorization and referral processes
Verify insurance and manage patient demographics and financial
counseling
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience and/or training in ICD-10 coding required
Experience and/or training with insurance, managed care, and
pre-authorization required
One year of experience in a hospital or medical office required
