A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Team Lead
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coach team members to achieve departmental goals
Manage workload schedules and ensure adherence to predefined
standards
Recommend process improvements based on feedback and performance
metrics
Required Qualifications:
1 year of customer service experience required; call center
experience preferred
Previous leadership experience preferred
Strong understanding of Contact Center policies and processes
Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and
departments
