experience, collections, verifications, and fraud management.
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive operational strategy by defining and tracking
performance metrics to enhance efficiency and applicant
experience
Optimize loan application and verification processes to streamline
the application-to-funding journey
Enhance collections and servicing strategies to improve performance
and maintain customer satisfaction throughout repayment
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in loan operations, servicing,
verifications, and collections
5+ years of senior leadership experience managing operational
teams
Proven track record of optimizing operations, particularly in
collections and verification processes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a
related field
Strong experience in balancing growth initiatives with compliance
and risk management
