Job Description:
A company is looking for a PUR Sourcing Associate to manage HR
procurement activities and drive contingent workforce solutions
across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
Support HR sourcing and contingent workforce operations, focusing
on supplier and vendor management
Collaborate with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and external
suppliers to enhance sourcing processes
Analyze workforce trends and compliance to optimize program success
and lead mini-projects for process improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
Experience in HR sourcing, workforce operations, compliance, or
procurement
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Recruiting or talent acquisition experience is a plus
Familiarity with SAP, Workday, Magnit, or other VMS tools is
beneficial
