Job Description:
A company is looking for an experienced HR Change Manager to
work EST hours in a fully remote role for a large strategic HR
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for
organizational and product changes
Conduct change impact assessments and identify key stakeholders
Oversee the execution of change management plans, monitoring
progress and making adjustments as needed
Required Qualifications
5+ years' experience in change management, focusing on
organizational and product changes
Analytical skills for conducting thorough change impact
assessments
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple
projects simultaneously
Proficiency in change management tools and methodologies
Experience in go-to-market strategies and product launch processes
is a plus
