Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Store Support Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service by answering calls, returning voicemails,
and responding to emails
Assist with locating proof of purchase and handling return/exchange
issues
Document customer interactions and maintain information in a case
management system
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of 2 years related experience or equivalent education and
experience
Availability to work shifts between Monday-Friday and holidays
Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
