A company is looking for a Patient Services Advisor to assist
pet parents with their healthcare needs.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients via phone to drive bookings and
establish rapport
Provide exceptional member experiences through empathetic
communication over chat and phone
Conduct outbound sales calls, follow-ups, and support onboarding of
new members
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in veterinary medicine
Ability to connect with others and demonstrate empathy and
compassion
Knowledge of recognizing medical emergencies and illnesses
Proficient in computer skills and technology
Self-motivated and customer service oriented
