• Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support required as applicable
• BLS - Basic Life Support required for all candidates
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support required for specific units at MOTT
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure required as applicable
• Tech Cert Verification - National require as applicable
• Acknowledgement of PassFail Testing required for specific units
• State License 1 Verification required
• NURSYS Verification required for RN, LPN/LVN, AP
• Pass/Fail Testing (EKG/Medication) required for PACU, Tele, and all ICU units
  • Job Details
  • At least 2 years of care management w/ discharge planning experience in a hospital setting
  • CarePort (WellSky) and EPIC experience
  • First timers accepted
  • Case Managers are service based, they follow provider teams. Coverage would be for any of our adult teams. Case Management Assistants help with CarePort referrals. Ratios 1:28.
