Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Solutions Manager to shape
best practices for solution architecture, customer implementation,
and product development.
Key Responsibilities
Configure use cases by working with customers to understand
requirements and build solutions
Engage customers as the primary technical point of contact,
managing project timelines and ensuring exceptional customer
experience
Support Account Management and Sales by evaluating technical
requirements for prospects and planning architecture for new use
cases
Required Qualifications
4+ years in a technical customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or
healthcare technology
Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or similar
programming languages
Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent
Genuine interest in healthcare and enthusiasm for contributing to a
dynamic team
