Job Description:
A company is looking for a Producing Branch Manager to lead
sales and ensure adherence to company policies in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate in the development of the Retail Business Model and
oversee financial structures
Recruit and train mortgage Loan Originators and Support Staff,
ensuring adherence to company guidelines
Analyze applicants' financial status and provide oversight of
branch expenditures
Required Qualifications
NMLS License is required
3+ years of experience managing a mortgage origination team in a
mid to large-sized firm
5+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced mortgage lending
environment
Advanced knowledge of mortgage originations, including product and
compliance guidelines
Proven ability to build and mentor sales staff to achieve
production goals
