Key Responsibilities
Establish and drive a vision for design within the organization
Mentor UX designers and keep the team updated on emerging
techniques
Oversee user research initiatives and advocate for user-centered
design principles
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a
leadership role
Proven track record in designing successful B2B SaaS products
Strong expertise in user research methodologies and usability
testing
Proficiency in UX/UI design tools and rapid prototyping
Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, UX Design, or a related
field
