Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant Specialist, People
Services Reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Execute subject matter expertise in the People Services Module and
manage ticket resolution
Gather, analyze, and present insights and reports to support
decision-making for People Services
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to
present metrics and trends to business users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in computer science,
information technology, software engineering, or a related field;
Master's Degree preferred
7+ years of experience in a relevant field
Experience in a shared service organization
Oracle Certification required
