Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Deal
Operations (Americas).
Key Responsibilities
Manage a regional EDO team supporting complex sales engagements and
oversee the Quote-to-Cash process
Ensure SLAs and deal management quality standards are met while
improving reporting and analytics tools
Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Product, and Sales teams to align
priorities and facilitate smooth operations
Required Qualifications
7+ years in order management, contract management, or Enterprise
Deal Operations in a high-growth technology company
5+ years in a people management role within an operations
function
3+ years experience supporting the sales process for enterprise
software, with SaaS experience preferred
Familiarity with CPQ, contract management, and order management
tools like Salesforce and Oracle
Strong understanding of software revenue recognition standards
