Job Description:
A company is looking for an Individual & Family Plans (IFP)
Quality Review & Audit Senior Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor chart retrieval activities and perform related
administrative tasks
Conduct outreach to provider offices for medical record requests
and deficiencies
Perform quality audits on vendor chart records and maintain
production tracking
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of medical records and basic medical terminology
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe, and Word
Prior experience with medical records and EMR/EHR systems
preferred
General understanding of healthcare privacy regulations
